Aluminium prices create the biggest rise this year, promoted by improved economic prospects in China

Aluminum prices Wednesday hit the biggest gain this year as investors speculated that after the past few years has been worried about China's economic growth, China's demand for raw materials will reverse the trend. A global mining stocks index rose to eight-month high.
 
London Metal Exchange 5:50, 3-month aluminum rose 2.2 percent, to 1,622 dollars per tonne, its biggest gain since December 4 last year.
 
Hit an intraday high of $ 1,625.50 since October.
